My hair is pretty long right now, its a little below my boobs and on the thin side. My shoulders are broad-ish, so it makes my head look smaller. I need a hair cut to make me look in proportion. Help? Please %26amp; thank you!

The long thin hair you currently have is likely creating a strong verticle movement that is contrasting and emphasizing the strong horizontal of your shoulders.
