How should I get my hair cut?(pic)?

My hair is a little past my shoulders, and I straighten it evry day.

Its originallyy very poofy, and its also very thick.

I dont know whether to grow it out or cut it shorter.. Tell me which would be easiest to manage, and which one looks better on me..also pictures of styles would help. Thanks! I looook reallly stupid in this picture, but this is the most recent one I took.. I'm the one in the middle. http://i19.tinypic.com/8eh40bd.jpg

You should get side bangs, they would look good on you! You would also look good with shorter hair, but you could also keep it at the same length. Here are some styles:

I would get some curls/waves in your hair and add bangs and let your hair grow long. I would not cut it, it's short enough!

Let your hair get longer and then cut it in layers and try some brown highlights. They would look awesome with your skin tone.

maybe cut it a little shorter, and i do think you would look cute with side bangs, ask ur hairdresser for tips

i would say short would be really really cute or long layers with a long bang

I think it would look really good if you had it short in the back and longer in the front. you know an A line. Have the front come up to your shoulders and have the back a couple inches shorter. You could also do a shoulder length bob. Or you could get really choppy layers, witch will make your hair thinner.
