You don't have to dye your hair to be scene, but you DO have to cut it. I personally like the first pic [it would look more scene if it wasn't dyed than the second one] but they are both nice.

You can also try wearing little ribbons and bows in your hair with things like Hello Kitty on them to make your hair look more scene. I'm wearing a Hello Kitty bow right now! [=
