I want to get my hair cut...?

So I have natural dirty blonde hair, and I'm going to get blonde and strawberry blonde highlights. Also, I'm going to get it cut, but I don't know how. I know I want fringged bangs and choppy layers. I guess its called "emo" hair (but I personally don't like lables). Anyone know were I can find a pic of hair like that so I can print it out for when I get my hair done?
